About - Bruce Clark

I am a graduate of the New York Institute of Photography. I have worked as a wedding and portrait photographer before turning my attention to Sports and Event photography. For several years I provided photography services to numerous high schools and colleges in eastern Connecticut and Rhode Island. I covered all sports in every season from football to soccer and basketball to track and field events. I have now turn my photography skills towards capturing the beauty and details of Connecticut's "Quiet Corner" in black and white photographs.

I look for the rural and small town lifestyle you find in the region that most people are unaware when traveling in the northeast corner of the state. I travel through out Windham county, the northern towns of  New London county and eastern sections of Tolland county riding the back roads looking for hidden gems to photograph.

I travel light and work with a Canon T-5 with a 28 - 135mm IS and a 18 - 55mm IS lens. A polarizing filter for each lens, a monopole and a Manfrotto tripod round out what you will find in my camera bag on most days. All my images are processed through Adobe Lightroom with a combination of Color Efex Pro 4 and Silver Efex Pro 2.
